- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Within India
- We deliver across India using trusted courier partners of Shiprocket.
- Standard delivery timeline: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your order directly on the courier’s website or through the link provided.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
- Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations.
Delays & Liability
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or customs inspections.
- Lazan is not liable for delays outside our control but will assist you in resolving issues with our courier partners.
